He is the Managing Partner of the Firm and head of the Private Law Department. He specialises in Commercial and Civil Law and has considerable experience in corporate advice, in bankruptcy proceedings and in judicial and arbitration litigation. He is also specialised in advice and claims for damages for antitrust offences. He also participates in the advice of various companies as a member of their board of directors.
He was President of the Euroforo Business Association. Prior to founding the CCS Abogados firm, he worked at the English firm Clifford Chance. After graduating in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, he prepared for the Commercial Broker exams and completed an Executive Master's Degree in Urban Planning from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
He has participated as a speaker in various courses on the liability of corporate directors, corporate conflicts, the legal regime of companies and corporate operations, as well as in seminars on Commercial Law, Bankruptcy, litigation and claims for damages for infringement of Competition Law. He is the author of various doctrinal articles, a collaborator on legal matters with various media outlets and a teacher in various master's and postgraduate courses.
