She is a lawyer in the Tax Law and Business Consulting Department of the firm.
She is specialized in the financial and tax field and in international tax planning. She has extensive experience in business restructuring and reorganization operations, spin-offs, mergers and acquisitions, having participated in the advice and design of said structures, national and transnational, for family offices and important companies and groups from different business sectors.
She has a Law Degree from the University of La Coruña and a Master's Degree in Business Law from the University of La Coruña. She has participated as a speaker in various courses, seminars and postgraduate courses. She is the author and co-author of various articles, books and publications.
