She is a lawyer in the Private Law Department of the firm. She is specialized in Civil, Commercial and Bankruptcy Procedural Law.
She has extensive experience in national and international commercial contracts, corporate and corporate advice, bankruptcy proceedings and litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked at the English firm Irwin Mitchell. She has participated in the design and execution of important national and international transactions involving the purchase and sale of companies, production units, shareholder agreements and restructuring operations. In the field of bankruptcy law, her notable experience stands out, having participated in more than 80 bankruptcy proceedings throughout Spain.
Graduated in Law from the University of A Coruña, she also completed an LLM in International Law (EU Law, International Banking Law and International Trade Law) in the United Kingdom from Oxford Brookes University.
