She is a lawyer in the firm's Private Law Department, actively participating in the civil and commercial field in judicial litigation and debt recovery in civil jurisdiction, as well as in the resolution of conflicts over the contracting of financial products. She has also specialized in advising on matters of defense of competition, advising and defending claimants for damages for cartels and abuses of dominant position at European level.
She has also specialized in Administrative and Tax Law, and has extensive experience in administrative procedures related to the legal regime of pharmacies, advice on the operations of their transfer and, in general, with tax procedures both in the administrative and contentious-administrative channels.
She has a degree in Law from the University of A Coruña, and prepared for the competitive examinations for the Higher Body of the Administration of the Xunta de Galicia. She has also completed a Master's Degree in Tax Consultancy from the Caixanova Business School and a Master's Degree in Family and Succession Law from the University of Santiago de Compostela.
