Lawyer

He is head of the international desk at CCS and an expert in corporate advice, commercial contracts and dispute resolution, especially in international legal matters, given his dual status as a Spanish lawyer and English solicitor.

He has worked in an English law firm of the magic circle and in several offices in Madrid and Barcelona, and in the legal departments of two multinationals. He has been secretary non-director of a small cap listed company, a multi-family office, family companies and Spanish start-ups, as well as of an English company.

He has extensive advisory and transactional experience, including: secretarial and compliance work for listed companies, private equity and venture capital managers, start-ups and family groups; acquisition or investment transactions in companies, including venture capital and energy; corporate, asset and project finance; and restructuring and insolvency. He also has extensive experience in collaboration, supply and service agreements; directors and officers; IP/IT, e-commerce and fintech. He also regularly advises on corporate, contractual and family business disputes, including pre-litigation, arbitration and judicial and administrative proceedings (CNMV, CNMC, BdE, SEPBLAC).

He holds a degree in Law, Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, a PhD in Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London. He is currently a doctoral collaborating lecturer at the UOC and has been an honorary collaborator at the Universidad Complutense.
