He is a lawyer in the Public Law Department of the firm.
He is specialized in Labor and Administrative Law, with extensive experience in the judicial and extrajudicial resolution of labor disputes (dismissals, violation of fundamental rights, permits, non-payment of wages...) as well as in the processing of administrative and judicial procedures against Social Security, SEPE and the Labor Inspection (claims for disabilities, unemployment benefits, challenging sanctions...).
He has been part of the negotiating committee of a multitude of collective conflicts such as EREs, ERTEs and substantial modifications of working conditions.
He has a degree in Law from the University of Santiago de Compostela, after five years of competing for the corps of Labor and Social Security Inspectors, he worked as head of the labor area for different law firms before joining CCS.
He has participated as a director and speaker in conferences on workplace harassment, sexual harassment and harassment based on sex, and occasionally collaborates with the media in the analysis of current labor law.
