She is a lawyer in the firm's Private Law Department.
She specialises in the field of Procedural Law, civil and commercial advice and Competition Law. She has extensive experience in the field of banking litigation, where she has participated in a multitude of dispute resolution processes for the contracting of financial products. She has also specialised in advising on matters of competition defence, advising and defending claimants for damages for cartels and abuses of dominant position at a European level.
She is an associate professor of Procedural Law at the San Pablo CEU University in Madrid.
She has a degree in Law from the University of Navarra and completes her training by preparing for the Notary Public examinations.
Previously, her professional career has been developed in national firms in the areas of public and private law, as well as in commercial arbitration.
