She is a lawyer in the Public Law Department of the Firm. She is specialized in Public Procurement, Telecommunications Law, Compliance and Data Protection.
She has more than twenty years of experience as Head of the Legal Department of R Cable and Telecable Telecomunicaciones SA (now Grupo MASMOVIL) and as an external lawyer, handling all types of matters in both Public Law and Civil and Commercial Law (Administrative in general, public procurement, regulatory, sanctioning procedures, civil and commercial contracts, corporate operations, corporate law, compliance and data protection, among others).
She has a degree in Law from the University of A Coruña and a Master's Degree in Business Management in the Information and Communication Technologies Sector (MDTIC) IESIDE BUSINESS INSTITUTE. She is also certified in Compliance with the CESCOM® Compliance Certification July 2020 and Internationally Certified Compliance Professional (ICCP). July 2020. She is also a Certified Data Protection Officer according to the Spanish Data Protection Agency Scheme.
