Therefore, in addition to complaints, suggestions and claims related to our compliance program, we will also process claims caused by actions or omissions referred to in Article 2 of the aforementioned Law, namely: violations of EU Law, especially those affecting financial interests and those that impact the Internal Market, and any others that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offense.
As a result of all this, Canal Responsable has all the guarantees to ensure the confidentiality and protection of the reporting person in the terms required by Law 2/2023. To this end, the CCS Abogados information system has a policy and a procedure as required by the applicable regulations.
This information system fully guarantees the confidentiality and the rights and duties of those who use it, preventing them from being subject to any motive for retaliation.
The success of this information system and its main tool, the Responsible Channel, depends largely on the participation of those individuals and legal entities that have some kind of link with our firm (employment, business, etc.). For this reason, we want to encourage our staff, collaborators, suppliers, clients, etc. to collaborate with us in the detection and prevention of inappropriate conduct.
To achieve this objective, we make this application available to you, owned by a third party, external and independent, conceived as a secure channel for presenting complaints, claims, claims and/or suggestions.
We trust that a positive use of this instrument, in addition to avoiding potential responsibilities and reputational damages for our firm, will constitute the ideal vehicle to give solidity to our corporate compliance policy and a constant source of information to improve internal control processes.
