In the case of the so-called Adult Diaper Cartel, our clients include numerous Health Services from different Autonomous Communities, on behalf of which we will proceed to claim damages suffered as a result of the cartel formed by the main manufacturers and distributors of this product. This cartel, infringing the rules of free competition, proceeded through agreements to set the sales prices, commercial and dispensing conditions in the Spanish market for the manufacture, distribution and dispensing of severe urinary incontinence absorbents (AIO) financed by the National Health System (NHS), intended for non-hospitalized patients whose distribution and dispensing is carried out through the pharmaceutical channel.
